Man kann kein großes Kino erwarten, aber einen ehrlichen Film über jemanden, der nicht auf der Sonnenseite des Lebens groß geworden ist und deshalb große Sehnsucht danach hat. Sehnsucht nach einem finanziell sorglosen Leben, Sehnsucht danach, anderen gegenüber großzügig sein zu können. Sehnsucht nach einer heilen Familie, die ihm in der Kindheit gefehlt hat.
